Opening hours during the Christmas holidays
Christmas and the end of 2024 are almost upon us, so we wanted to wish all our valued customers a very Merry Christmas and all the best for the new year.
We have some important dates and information:
General opening hours:
Over the holiday season our Australian offices and warehouses will close from 2pm Friday 20th December and will re-open 8:30am Monday 6th January (local time).
In New Zealand, Trophy Wholesalers (in Hamilton), will close from 4pm Friday 20th December and re-open Monday 20th January however during this time laser demonstrations are still available (by appointment only). Please phone 0800 876 832 to organise your demonstration (NZ only).
Laser material orders:
We recommend you place your laser material orders as soon as possible if you wish to receive it before Christmas. Freight companies are really busy at this time of the year and we have no control over the delivery once the order leaves our warehouse.
- Last day to place orders: 12pm (noon) Thursday 19th December (local time)
- Last freight orders: picked-up Thursday 19th December (dependent upon freight company availability)
- Last day for customer pick-up: 12pm (noon) Friday 20th December
- Orders placed after 12pm Thursday 19th December will be dispatched starting Monday 6th January 2025
During the holiday period, you can place orders via our webstore.
Laser machine technical support:
If you require urgent machine technical support over the holiday period, we are pleased to offer limited phone support by our trained technicians. To access this service, please complete this form and one of our technicians will respond as soon as they can. You will need your machine serial number to proceed with this form which is found on the back on your machine on a black data plate (eg xx-xxxx). Please note, this service is not available on weekends or public holidays.
