Trotec United States 2024 Christmas Trading Hours.
Christmas and the end of 2024 are almost upon us, so we wanted to wish all our valued customers a very Merry Christmas and all the best for the new year.
We have some important dates and information:
General opening hours:
We're closed on Dec. 24th -25th and Dec. 31st -Jan. 1st. Deliveries may be delayed between Christmas and New Year. Orders placed during our closure period will be processed upon our return.
Consumables orders:
We recommend you place your consumables orders as soon as possible if you wish to receive it before Christmas. Freight companies are really busy at this time of the year and we have no control over the delivery once the order leaves our warehouse.
Technical support help:
We have a number of support offerings available during the holiday season, including:
• Website Help Center - includes material handling techniques, software information and machine setup guidance
• Laser parameters for Trotec materials
• Trotec Users official Facebook group - provide the serial number of your machine to join
