Exporting JobControl parameters

There are a number of reasons you may wish to export files from JobControl^®, such as to save them to an external drive or use them on another laser computer. JobControl^® files are essentially back ups that include the laser parameters and are saved in XML format. From these backups, the settings can be re-imported later.

Step by Step

Opening the material database

Open JobControl® on your computer
Select "Settings" → “Material Template Setup Ctrl+M"
The materials database opens

Exporting by clicking the gear icon

Select “Material group"
Click the gear icon
You can then select to export either all materials, or a singular material.

Select the location to which you wish to save the file
