Firmware Update for Laser Machines with Smart Electronics
A necessary firmware update is indicated by a corresponding message. Please be sure to carry this out to ensure the connection between Ruby and your laser device. You need administrator rights for the firmware update. Before you start, make sure that the laser machine is switched on.
Step 1: Login into Ruby account with your super admin or admin credentials.
Step 2: Once logged in, navigate to the settings and click on it.
Step 7: Click “Yes,” then click “Reset Wizard.”
Turn the key switch on the machine to the zero position. The red and green lights will appear on the machine and will turn off after approximately 1 to 2 minutes. This indicates that the firmware has been updated successfully on your machine.
