Preparation

Required material

Aluminium Tags Round large (32 mm) in any color
TroLase 1.6mm in different colors
TroGlass 3mm in different colors
Plywood 3mm
Chain or key ring

2" lens
Vacuum table with acrylic grid for TroLase and acrylic and honeycomb cutting tabletop for wood

Note: This sample can be made with any other machine from the Speedy laser engraver series.

Import our template and tailor it to suit your requirements. Send the job to the laser machine and use the driver settings specified below:

Import our template and adapt it to your requirements. Send the job for each charm to the laser using the driver settings below.

Step 5: Assembly

In order to assemble the lucky charm, simply join the aluminium tag and a pendant of your choice using a bead chain or a keyring. You can experiment with this DIY application by mixing various materials and colours.
