Lucky charms made of different materials
Combine aluminum tags and other materials to this individual lucky charm for New Year.
Preparation
Required material
- Aluminium Tags Round large (32 mm) in any color
- TroLase 1.6mm in different colors
- TroGlass 3mm in different colors
- Plywood 3mm
- Chain or key ring
Machine used
- Speedy 360
- 80 watts
- 2" lens
- Vacuum table with acrylic grid for TroLase and acrylic and honeycomb cutting tabletop for wood
Note: This sample can be made with any other machine from the Speedy laser engraver series.

Step 1: Aluminium tag
Import our template and tailor it to suit your requirements. Send the job to the laser machine and use the driver settings specified below:

Step 4: Laser process charm
The laser parameters may vary depending on the type of laser machine being used and the available laser power.
For all materials we use our standard setting from JobControl.
Step 5: Assembly
In order to assemble the lucky charm, simply join the aluminium tag and a pendant of your choice using a bead chain or a keyring. You can experiment with this DIY application by mixing various materials and colours.
