Depending on the size of the door mat, you can use any other machine of the Speedy laser engraver series.

Tip

Due to the coarse structure of the door mat, we used a lens with long focal distance to compensate the unevenness of the fabric.

Step 1: Import design

Create your own design or import our template.

Send the job to the laser using the driver settings below.

Print settings:

TIP:

Since a door mat is typically viewed from the distance, you can use a lower resolution which reduces the production time.

Step 2

Step 2: Laser engraving the door mat

Place the door mat into your Trotec laser engraving machine. Create the parameter settings. The suggested settings will differ depending on the laser machine used and laser power.

TIP:

Since a door mat is typically viewed from the distance, a resolution of 333 dpi will suffice.
