Step by step
Step 1: Import / Create a Design Template
Here, you can import our designs into your chosen graphics program and adapt them according to yours’ and your customers’ requirements.
Step 2: Laser Process
Place the material into your laser machine and cover the rest of the engraving area with a spare piece of paper. This will improve the exhaust performance. First, send the wooden laser job to the laser machine, with the TroLase jobs following it.

- Optimised Geometries
- Inner Geometries First
- Engrave from bottom to top. This will reduce the cleaning of the engraved and cut materials
Step 3: Post-Processing
After you've finished the laser engraving and cutting processes, you should clean the TroLase material lightly with water. Finally, use the two binding screws to fix the calendar sheets to the wooden frame and mount the calendar to your desired wall. You now have a beautiful new perpetual calendar!
