Step by step

Step 1

Step 1: Import file and adjust settings

Import the downloaded file into your preferred graphic software and send the job to the laser with the following settings:

Process mode	Resolution	Cut line
Standard	500 dpi	none

Halftone	Others
Color	enhanced geometries, inner geometries first

Step 2

Step 2: Process with the laser

Load your Trotec veneered wood or preferred material into the laser bed, focus, and start the cutting process.

Keep in mind that these settings are for a 120W laser, so you may need to adjust your parameters based on the wattage of your laser machine: how to find the best parameters for your laser

Step 3

Step 3: Assemble

Remove the laser cut parts from the bed and adhere the bottom puzzle base to the top puzzle layer without the puzzle pieces. Use your preferred type of wood glue and clamp until dry. Now it's time to play!
