Guitar magnet
In only a few steps you can make this veneer wood magnet.
Preparation
Used material
- 1 sheet wood veneer oak 3 mm
- magnet foil approx. 20 x 35 mm or round magnet
Machine used
- Speedy 360, 80 watts
- 2" lens
- Nozzle with small hole
- Honeycomb cutting tabletop
For this application sample you can use any laser machine from the Speedy series.

Step 1: Import the design file
Create a design of your own or use our template provided. Send it to the laser with the recommended laser parameters listed.

Step 2: Laser process wood
Place the veneer sheet on the honeycomb cutting table in your laser. Position the material and then cover the rest of the work area to form a more powerful vacuum.
Job parameters may vary depending on the laser machine used and the laser power available.

Step 3: Assemble the magnet
Remove the guitar from the laser and glue the magnetic foil to the backside.
