Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
With the festive season fast approaching we’d like to take the opportunity to thank you sincerely for your ongoing support over the past year.
Over the holiday season our offices and warehouses will be closed from 1pm Thursday 21st December and will re-open Tuesday 9th January.
It's been another big year at Trotec Australia and we'd like to share a few of the highlights with you:
- We moved to a new home in Wangara, Perth
- Introduced Ruby® 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7 - and there's more to come with the next release coming in early 2024
- Supported hundreds of our laser customers through our technical support team and onsite visits
- Met many of you at industry events including Visual Impact Sydney, AMW in Melbourne, EduTECH in Melbourne, AusRAIL in Sydney and many other regional shows around the country
- Expanded our laser materials range to include TroLase Wood Decor, TroLase Carbon Fiber, TroLase Foil Carbon Fiber - look out for new and exciting materials coming soon
- Hosted our first Industrial Marking Solutions Open Day events in collaboration with Omron Automation & Robotics in Brisbane and Melbourne – watch out for more events coming in 2024
- Welcomed new faces to the Trotec Australia team

Laser material order deadlines
We recommend placing your consumables orders as soon as possible to ensure you receive it prior to Christmas. As you know freight companies are very busy at this time of the year and we have no control over the delivery timeframe once the order leaves our warehouse.
- Last day to place orders: Wednesday 20th December - 12pm (noon) local time
- Last day for order pick-up: Thursday 21st December - 1pm
- Last freight orders dispatch: Thursday 21st December (dependent upon freight company availability)
Orders placed during our closure period will be processed upon our return.

Technical support over closure period
If you require urgent machine technical support over our closure period, we are pleased to offer limited phone support by our trained technicians. To access this service, please complete this form and one of our technicians will respond as soon as they can. You will need your machine serial number to proceed with this form which is found on the back on your machine on a black data plate (eg xx-xxxx). Please note, this service is not available on weekends or public holidays.

- Laser parameters for Trotec materials
- Trotec Users official facebook group – provide your machine serial number to join
