How to change the processing time display
The laser cutting and engraving processes are displayed in different colours within JobControl®. For each job a processing time is calculated, which takes into account the following parameters:
- Speed
- Passes
If these parameters are changed in the material database, the processing time must also be recalculated in order to be accurately displayed.

How to recalculate the processing time
Double-click on the processing plate to access the material database. Enter the updated laser parameters into the appropriate fields.
This allows you to recalculate the processing time:
- Click on your current job displayed on the plate.
- Click on the “Refresh” button (bottom left).
The processing time will then be recalculated.
