Step 1:
Open the file "Spring“ in your graphic program and send it to your laser machine. Parameters may vary depending on the machine being used and the laser power available.
Laser Settings
Black (engraving):
Power: 60 %, Speed: 50 %, Resolution: 500 dpi, air assist ON
Red (cutting):
Power: 60 %, Speed 1.1 %, Frequency 1000 Hz, air assist ON, correction 20

Step 2:
Assembly requires NO adhesive as the table decorations are designed to fit each other perfectly in just a few easy steps.
Tips:
- Use the 2 inch lens.
- Our suggestion is to use polyester felt. You will get a clean cutting edge and a great engraving result.
- The use of the honeycomb table prevents the felt rub off on the processing table. The material does not cover all over the table and the cutting gap fits perfectly because there is no radiant heat from the table.
