Step 1: Design it!
Open the PDF template in CorelDraw or any other Vector graphic program and adapt it as you like. Of course, you can use any pattern, text or graphic - let your imagination run wild!

Step 2: Laser process
Take the filling material out of the cushion cover and place the cover into the laser. A vacuum table helps you to fix the material. Tape can also be used to secure the cover to the laser bed. The cushion cover can be ironed before it is placed into the laser engraving machine in order to ensure it is kept flat during engraving.

Speed: 100%
Frequency: 500 ppi
Air Assist: ON
To remove any residue that might be left on the cushion cover post-engraving, you can wash the cover prior filling it.
