How I would describe my job...
I work on the service tech desk with my colleagues, together we help our customers diagnose problems with their laser machines. Typically, I would connect to the customer's PC via TeamViewer to solve an issue.Alongside this, I carry out machine services/retrofits/upgrades such as upgrading to JC Vision and temperature sensor kits.
