Bottle display made of printed TroGlass XT

Create an original bottle display from TroGlass XT. Extruded acrylic has a constant material thickness and is therefore suitable for applications where parts have to be put together.

Step by step

Step 1

Step 1: Import graphic files and print

Import our template and adapt it to your requirements. We print the design to the back of the acrylic with an UV-printer. With the registration marks the JobControl Vision camera system will recognize the position and cut precisely along the contour.

Step 2

Step 2: Design acrylic

Import our template and adapt it to your requirements. Before drawing the final connections measure the kerf. For this make a test cut with a suitable parameter and lens. TroGlass XT comes with a consistent material thickness. Hence you can transfer the testing results to all future designs when using the same laser settings.
Send the job to the laser using the driver settings below.
