Eremit Display stands for quality, flexibility and speed.
Eremit Display stands for quality, flexibility and speed.
Hans Eremit founded the company in Vienna in 1927 and moved it to its current location in Wildungsmauer in Lower Austria in 1960. Today, Eremit is one of the leading Austrian companies in the field of plastics processing and has 26 employees at two production sites.
The family business offers a very wide range of displays, signage, promotional items, trophies, shop fitting, and much more. The company is at the cutting edge of technology: various technologies for laser cutting and engraving, gluing, bending, CNC milling, as well as for digital plate printing and screen printing are used.
With laser technology to profitable serial production.
Besides materials such as wood, cardboard and textiles, Eremit works mainly with acrylic and can therefore offer a wide range of different products. Due to rapid changes in the market and demanding customer requirements, series production with the existing machines was not profitable. A lot of manual work and an elaborate reworking of the produced parts were necessary in production. Therefore the company was looking for a more profitable manufacturing solution.
The laser systems enable efficient and optimized series production with polished cutting edges. In addition, we attach great importance to quality and good service for all our machines. This is why we have chosen Trotec as our long-term partner.
Innovative machinery including Trotec laser systems.
The Eremit family attaches great importance to a high-quality and modern machine park. This is why the company decided to use laser technology in 2003. The company now operates a total of six Trotec laser machines:
- five SP1500
- a Speedy 300
The lasers are equipped with different technical specifications and options to efficiently meet all requirements and customer wishes. The lasers have been perfectly integrated into the production process, which guarantees high quality and short delivery times.
Pioneer in innovation and sustainability.
The fourth generation of the family business has built a new production facility at the end of 2019. In addition to the open and optimized architecture of the hall, the focus is on a high level of environmental awareness. All acrylic cutting residues are ground and recycled. In addition, all laser systems are connected to a high-tech extraction system. This converts the waste heat of the laser and the hall into heat or energy and, together with fresh outside air, serves either as cooling in summer or as heating in winter. This makes Eremit a pioneer in the field of innovation and sustainability.
