Preparation
Required material
- 3 mm MDF
- A suiable material for covering the machine bed, such as paper
Machine used
- Speedy 360, 100 Watt
- 2" lens
- honeycomb table
Tips
- Once the material is loaded onto the laser machine bed, cover the rest of the work surface with paper to ensure maximum suction
- Use a 2'' lens that can make a clean, fast cut
Step by step
Step 1: Make design layout
Start by downloading the comb template. There are three different designs and you can create depending on the beard size! Once the wood is placed on the work surface cover the rest of the surface with paper to ensure maximum suction.

Step 2: Engraving process
Create the parameter settings. The recommended settings will be different depending on which laser machine you use and the laser power it has available.

Step 3: Post-processing
Once the laser cutting and engraving process is completed you should carefully remove the comb from the rest of the wood. Make sure to take care so not to break the thinner pieces. Clean the comb with a damp cloth and voilà! Your beard comb is ready for action.
