Trotec Laser and Accessories
NOTE: You can use any laser system from the Speedy series for this application.
Tip
Do not peel the protective film from the materials if you are only laser cutting them. The film will prevent your workpieces from sustaining scratches.
Step by step
Step 1: Configure the Design
Create your own design or use our CorelDRAW template (below). Send the file to your laser using the recommended Process Resolution Cut line Standard 500dpi None

Step 2: Prepare the Materials and Adjust the Processing Settings in JobControl®
Place your materials on the Honeycomb Cutting Table. Depending on your laser's work area, you may be able to process all of the workpieces in one job.
Cover the remaining work area with paper sheets to maximize the suction force your materials. This technique prevents the materials from moving out of place during laser processing.
NOTE: The parameters may differ depending on the laser machine used and laser power available.
