Focus on Industry

For over 20 years, Trotec has included integration lasers and customized laser solutions in its product range. Since 2023, this area has assumed a new level of importance within the Group. The new Solutions division explicitly focuses on industrial laser solutions that can be used in various sectors such as automotive, mechanical engineering, railroad, electronics, medicine, etc. Our integration lasers and customized laser systems can be used to provide individual laser systems according to customer requirements, in addition to production lines. Furthermore, this division handles any internal coordination and communication with our global subsidiaries on behalf of globally positioned industrial manufacturers or integrators, ensuring the best possible cross-border customer support from start to finish.

We understand that lasers only form one part of the entire process chain of our customers. This is why it is even more important for us to have an understanding of the best processes for our customers and it is why we therefore work in close collaboration with top industrial partners in sectors including cameras and robotics.

At the same time, our Trotec Partner program provides support to integrators and machine builders when they are developing new production solutions – we can provide full support, development, sales and marketing.

Example of a collaboration partnership

SRW is an Austrian family-run company that develops customized automation solutions that bring together specific construction of machinery with complex robotics. By cooperating with Trotec Laser, SRW has developed the "Cast Marker" marking station, which was originally envisaged for the casting industry. By using the InMarker with SafetyCone, this standardized solution allows components of bulky parts to be safely marked without the need to provide housing that both takes up room and is expensive. Used as the base product, the table was equipped with a component holder and Z-axis. However, it now permits the integrator to make simple changes to meet the needs of other target groups as well as specific customer requirements.
