SpeedMarker the laser marking machines by Trotec.

All machines in the SpeedMarker series come equipped with a high-speed galvo head. SpeedMarker systems are available with fiber lasers with a wavelength of 1060 nm or with a CO2 RF laser (wavelength 10600 nm).

The SpeedMark® laser software not only controls the laser process centrally and it also offers automation-compatible interfaces for connecting external data and as well as control commands. Due to infinite scripting options consistent quality with recurring markings is guaranteed. In addition high quality lenses and components ensure the legibility of the marking.

The SpeedMark® software is based on a graphically process-oriented interface. In this way, you can map marking processes visually without much prior programming knowledge. The integrated parameter database for various materials also helps to save time because it reduces the number of rejections to a minimum. Therefore, the laser marking machines are perfectly suitable for series production as well as custom-made products.

Mark inclined planes, spheres, bowls, cylinders and pipes up to 100x faster with virtual rotary engraving. Instead of rotating the 3D object mechanically, the focus is constantly guided over the object by a software-controlled lens system. This makes time-consuming tasks like complex clamping, slow mechanical rotating and the set-up of the mechanical rotary engraving attachment a problem of the past.

Process data directly from Excel, SAP, E-commerce systems or databases and you can individualize separate parts automatically and with consistent data. You can do the programming and processing of all dynamic data directly in the laser software - without the help of third-party programs.
