Modular laser solution
Many of our customers need a simple way to label type plates quickly and automatically. The customer requirements are usually the same:
- A module that automatically pulls and transports type plates to save time for individual insertion.
- A software interface to transfer data to and from an ERP system. A software connection for data transfer to and from an ERP system, so that the correct data can be entered without the need for manual input, and so that data documentation is easy.
- Easy to use without requiring extensive training during production to save time and prevent incorrect entries.
Module I
Module I measures just 350 x 270 mm and consists of 2 magazines mounted opposite each other on a base plate. Each magazine holds up to 100 plates. The blanks are loaded into the left magazine, automatically transported one at a time to the laser position and automatically moved to the right magazine when finished. SpeedMark software control enables automation with customised user interfaces (in addition to direct input).
Module II
Module II differs from the other module in that it has only one magazine but an output chute. The magazine also holds up to 100 labels and is also controlled by the SpeedMark software. This compact unit, measuring 408 x 220 mm, is ideal when you need to remove individual type plates quickly or when you need to engrave sensitive materials such as aluminium in perfect quality. With this module, the loaded magazine is already in the marking position. The Z-axis pushes the individual plates upwards and automatically feeds them into the output chute.

Product Engineering
Developing products from scratch costs our customers time and money. Therefore, we usually base our products on our standard range. We have also developed these two type plate modules as an addition to the SpeedMarker range, so they will fit perfectly into any of our workstations and into a production company's work process. If, however, adaptations are needed to meet individual requirements, our Galvo Competence Centre will be able to create a suitable solution.

Sign material
As well as laser machines, we also offer laser and engraving materials such as inscribable metals like anodised aluminium or laserable laminates. Of course, you can also have the material cut to size in our shop.
