Korak 1

1. korak: Cut and engrave the embossing plates

Create your own design for the die plates or use the one we've prepared for you. Then send it to the laser with the parameters below for cutting and engraving. The laser parameters may vary, as they depend on the machine used and the available laser power.

PREPORUČENI PARAMETRI:

Graviranje: Crno: snaga 60%, brzina 20%, 500 ppi, Air Assist uključen

Rezanje: Red: snaga 50%, brzina 1,0%, frekvencija 1000 Hz, Air Assist uključen

2. korak: Ljepilo the plate to the seal press

Take the newly made die plate out of the laser and clean it thoroughly. Simply wash the finished Delrin die plates with water and a little soap or dish liquid and wipe off any still adhering dust with a brush. After gluing the plate to your seal press you can start embossing fini papirs.

Alternative: Engrave a text plate for a rubber stamp

You can also use the embossing plate design for engraving a text plate for a rubber stamp. We've made a separate CorelDraw file for this. Make sure to adjust your laser to the parameters below when engraving the rubber text plate.
