TroLase ADA Signage 1,6mm transparent in the sice of the picture frame
TroLase ADA Signage 1,6mm black with adhesive
picture frame (i.e. RIBBA from Ikea)

Speedy 360
80 watts
2" lens
white acrylic gutting grid

This sample can be made on any machine from the Speedy laser engraver series.

Step by step

Step 1

Step 1: Print

Import your template and adapt it to your requirements. We cut the transparent material to size of the picture frame in advance and print the design to the back of the ADA with an UV-printer.

Alternatively you can print whole sheets of material with registration marks and cut it afterwards using the JobControl Vision camera system.

Step 2

Step 2: Design flower

Import our template and adapt it to your requirements. Pay attention to the thickness of the lines, as when they are too thin they can easily brake. Send the job to the laser using the driver settings below.

Step 4

Step 4: Assembly

Put the printed sheet with the passepartout into the picture frame and stick the silhouette of the flower to the front.

Inspiration

TroLase ADA Signage is a solid, single-layer acrylic-based material used mainly for Braille and tactile sign making, model making and 3-dimensional signs. This abstract floral decoration shows that TroLase ADA Signage is also perfectly suited for filigree artistic applications.

Instead of printing you can easily bring color into you design with different materials. For example cut acrylic, TroLase or wood and put it inside the flower.
