Using your alder and walnut workpieces, laser cut the various elements of the sign out of your materials.

For the three different cups, assign the "Relief" process option in the JobControl® software. All other portions of the sign can use the standard process option.

Additionally, using the "Inner Geometries first" and "Optimized Geometries" will result in higher quality results.

TIP:

When laser processing the relief engraving, verify that the job is not positioned over the joint of the two glued wooden boards because the glue cannot be eroded by the laser beam. 

Peel off the adhesive protective film that you applied and place the parts in the marked positions on the sign base place.

You now have completed the Tea House sign as well as learned some of the various wood processing techniques.
