Vision Print & Cut
Precise laser cutting of printed materials
- Laser cutting with a Vision Print&Cut camera system combines digital imaging and Trotec laser technology.
- The camera captures printed material images, and Ruby® laser software aligns digital designs during laser cutting.
- Achieves precise cuts of shapes, designs, or patterns for the intended outcome.
Laser cutting of printed materials using a camera involves using a combination of digital imaging technology and a Trotec laser cutter to precisely cut out shapes, designs, or patterns from printed materials.
With Vision Print&Cut camera system, mounted on the X-Axis of the Trotec laser, captures the image of the printed material. Ruby® laser software recognizes the design's position, orientation, and dimensions within the image using the camera. During laser cutting, Ruby® aligns the digital design with the printed material. The result is a precisely cut piece of material with the design or pattern you originally intended.
