Digital Table Exhaust

Featured on our SP3000 and SP2000 laser cutting machines, the digital table exhaust allows the operator to activate the exhaust settings in specific zones in the work area. This feature provides the best possible vacuum settings for laser cutting applications, which is a must for optimum laser cutting results. 

The digital table exhaust also increases efficiency by minimizing the need for manual setup. It is common during laser cutting applications for operators to work with materials that do not cover the entire work area. In these cases, the open areas usually need to be covered manually for an efficient vacuum. This manual setup adds time and cost to laser cutting processes. 

The segmented exhaust system can divide the work area into four zones with the SP3000 and two zones with the SP2000. The segments can be individually activated by pressing a button on the operating console.
