End of support details
We are dedicated to finding the best solutions for our customers while embracing the importance of evolving with modern technologies. With Microsoft’s announcement of the end-of-life for Windows 10 on October 14th, 2025, we will no longer support the following software products beyond that date:
- JobControl
- RayjetManager
- UniDrive
The listed software products may not function properly on Windows 11 and will not receive updates or technical support. This decision enables us to focus on advancing our laser software platform Ruby, to meet your current and future needs effectively.
