What's included

TroCare is available for new or used Speedy laser systems purchased from Trotec, as well as existing Speedy systems up to 7 years old. The package includes:

Parts and labor (excluding consumables)
Travel within 150 miles from a tech location (small surcharge for range up to 350 miles)
Installation costs with the enrollment of a new machine purchase
Priority remote support (within 4 hours)
One preventative maintenance visit per year
72 hour onsite guarantee if issue deemed necessary by our technical experts
