SP laser cutters: Multi-functional table concept
The optimum working table for any application
Slat Cutting Table
The slat cutting table features aluminium slats and is predominantly used for laser cutting heavy materials (up to a max thickness of 25 mm) and parts wider than 100 mm. For acrylic laser cutting the aluminium slats can be exchanged with acrylic slats which results in no beam reflections on the material during laser cutting. The number of supporting points can be removed individually to reduce the number of support points if required for your application.
Aluminium Cutting Grid Table
The aluminium cutting grid table is a robust choice of cutting table, offering especially strong combs with a long service lifetime. This cutting table is especially suitable for applications where the laser cutting machine is processing smaller parts (less than 100 mm). The design of the table allows the components to remain flat after laser cutting. An added advantage of the aluminium cutting grid table is that it features more support points compared to the regular laser cutting table.
Acrylic Cutting Grid Table
Perfect for laser cutting acrylic with no reflections from the laser beam, the universal cutting table is the ideal choice for laser cutting thin acrylics up to 8 mm thickness. As with the aluminium cutting table, all components under 100 mm remain flat once laser cut.
Honeycomb Cutting Table
This processing table is especially suitable for applications that require minimal back reflections and optimum flatness of the material, like for example cutting films.
