Since its founding in 1997 (I was one of the first five employees). Prior to that, I had been with Trodat since 1990. My personal work motto:
Talent is what you can do. Motivation determines what you actually do. Attitude determines how well you do it.

This is how I would describe my job to a friend:

On the one hand, I support and train our Area Marketing Managers worldwide in the areas of email marketing and direct marketing. In addition, I handle marketing-related projects outside of segment and online marketing.

I spend most of my work day...

That depends. Sometimes in meetings or answering questions (mostly via email) or with project work or doing training or...

The coolest thing about my job is...

...that I don't have much routine work. Every day brings new challenges! And I like the collaboration with various people and characters from a many different countries and cultures.

The thing I appreciate most about Trotec is:

The opportunity to have flexible work hours and the easygoing and relaxed, but still respectful way we interact with each other. And of course I think our products - the lasers - are pretty cool.

Something personal about myself:

I love good food and good wine. At home and in foreign countries.
