Step 2: Laser process

Next we're going to implement our parameter settings. To keep things simple, we'll use the same cutting settings for all three TroGlass panels. Our suggested parameters may vary depending on the laser machine used and the available laser power.

The blue cutting lines on the white base plate serve as a marker for the correct positioning when gluing the neon-colored elements and should be placed in front of the red cutting parameters if possible. In this way an optimal cutting result can be achieved.

Place the first TroGlass plate in the laser unit. Leave the protective foil on the material. Close the device and start the appropriate cutting process. Then cut the other two plates as well.

Step 3: Assembly

Once you've finished your job on the laser, remove all cut parts from the laser machine.

You can also now remove the protective film from the top of all your cut pieces that you will be using for the sign.

Then remove the protective film from the back of the coloured elements and stick on the individual parts one after the other. The marking lines on the white base plate serve as orientation.
