Combine TroGlass Mirror and Color Gloss for striking results
Preparation
Required materials:
- TroGlass Mirror Blue 200511 with adhesive backing
- TroGlass Mirror Red 200552 with adhesive backing
- TroGlass Color Gloss Gloss White 117070 with adhesive backing
- TroGlass Color Gloss Orange Translucent 117103
This sample can be produced with any TroGlass acrylic, combine different finishes for striking results.
Machine used:
- Speedy 400
- 120 watts
- 2"" Lens
- Aluminum cutting grid table
This sample can be adjusted in size to be made on any Speedy or SP series laser cutter.

Tips and Tricks
1. For easy assembly, we recommend engraving the design into the orange TroGlass
2. The acrylic can be raised from the laser bed using acrylic raisers to reduce the risk of flaming on cut edges
3. Troglass Mirror should be engraved from the reverse side of the material
4. To reduce flashback on TroGlass Mirror, the material can be processed with the front side covered in masking tape
Assembly
Begin by affixing the sun to the orange TroGlass sheet. Once in place, the white and blue waves can be affixed in the right order.
