Trotec laser used for this application
Speedy 400flexx, 120 watts, 2” lens
Tip: Use an acrylic cutting grid table or acrylic slat cutting table
Step by step
Step 1: Preparation
The first step is to determine which colors you wish to use for your trophy. While you're deciding, you may want to keep in mind that different pieces in bold colors will create a nice contrast between the individual layers.
Tip:
Try using TroGlass Satin sheets that already have double-sided adhesive film on one side.
Step 2: Laser Process
To cut the acrylic, we recommend using an acrylic grid cutting table. Once the table is installed, place the acrylic sheets into the laser machine for processing. Then cover the rest of the table and remove the protective film from the top side. Then cut out the 15 pieces.

Step 3: Assembly
Assemble the cut acrylic pieces in the correct order, and have the binding screws and washers ready. Then secure the layers together with screws.
