Trotec laser machine used
- Speedy 300, 60 watts
- 2 inch lens
- Vacuum table with honeycomb cutting table

Step 1: Laser cutting and engraving LaserFlex
The first stage is to create your own design or import our template. Send the graphic to the laser with the recommended laser parameters, which will vary depending on the machine used and it's available laser power.
Recommended parameters:
Engraving: Power: 50 %, Speed: 50 %, Resolution: 500 dpi, air assist on
Cutting: Power: 12 %, Speed 1 %, Frequency 1000 Hz, air assist on
Step 2: Transfering your design to textiles
Transfer LaserFlex onto textiles using a heat press. Transfer the film for 17 seconds at 165°C / 329°F. Wait until the material is completely cold to remove the liner.
