Tip: Use an acrylic laser cutting grid table or acrylic slat cutting table to cut your materials.
Step by step
Step 1: Preparation
Begin by selecting which colours you are going to use for the trophy. Make sure that there is a good contrast between the the layers with the chosen colours.
Tip:
If ordering TroGlass Satins 3mm Lime Green Translucent sheets ensure that the material already has double-sided adhesive film on one side.
Step 2: Laser Process
Cut the 15 individual elements from the laser acrylic sheets. We recommend using either an acrylic cutting grid table or an acrylic slat cutting table to achieve perfect results as they reduce back reflections on the material. Cover the rest of the table with a suitable material such as paper and remove the protective film from the top side.
