Q: What kind of rubber can be cut with the laser machine?

You can cut stamp rubber very easily using the laser machine. The Trodat stamp rubbers (Aero, Classico, Tempo, Olio or Eco) are optimized for laser engraving and laser cutting.

Q: Can a laser cutting machine cut rubber?

Yes, you can cut stamp rubber on the cut lines using a CO2 laser. We recommend engraving the rubber first and then cutting the outer contour of the rubber.

Q: Can you laser engrave rubber?

Yes, you can engrave stamp rubber using the laser machine. Our software supports a wide range of functions that make stamp engraving particularly efficient - for example, cut lines can be created automatically, stamp ridges can be added or the shoulders of the stamp flank can be varied.

How you can use a laser machine to cut and engrave rubber.

With a laser engraving machine you can cut and engrave texts with particularly small fonts, logos with fine details or even images on rubber. The laser machine enables you to produce stamps efficiently, cost-effectively and in an environmentally-friendly manner. This creates rubber stamps with the highest precision and with a clean, detailed imprint quality. The use of chemicals is therefore unnecessary. You can also laser cut or engrave rubber for many other areas of application, e.g. arts & crafts or outdoor signage.
